We started in London in 2009 with a simple belief: real hospitality can turn everyday moments into something people genuinely remember. Fifteen years on, we run sixteen locations across London and Manchester, employ over 450 people and are still building. Still growing. Still as excited about what we do as we were at the very beginning.
Our roots are Korean. Our ambition is global. Every brand in our portfolio carries that heritage — the craft, the community, the genuine love of food — while building its own identity and its own place in the world.
