Accounts Manager Admin | Full-time, Permanent | Office based (in Little Venice)


Maguro Group is a growing multi-brand hospitality and retail group with sites across the UK — from quick service restaurants to Korean skincare retail. We're a tight-knit team running a busy, multi-site operation and we're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Accounts Manager Admin to join our in-house accounts function.


What you'll be doing

You'll be supporting the day-to-day running of our accounts across multiple sites — keeping things accurate, organised, and moving. That includes managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank, card, and supplier statements, assisting with VAT (including import VAT documentation), and helping with month-end and year-end close. You'll also be the link between our internal teams and external suppliers when invoicing queries come up, so good communication matters as much as the numbers.


What we need from you

  • Hands-on experience in a bookkeeping, accounts, or finance admin role — ideally within QSR, hospitality, or a food and beverage business
  • Confident working in Xero and/or Sage — these are our main systems
  • Strong Excel skills and a sharp eye for detail
  • A solid grasp of UK VAT basics
  • The ability to work independently, manage your own workload, and stay on top of things in a fast-paced environment
  • Legal right to work in the UK

This role is a strong fit if you have

  • Direct experience working in QSR, hospitality, or multi-site food and beverage — this is important to us and will be prioritised in our shortlisting
  • A background in high-volume transaction environments
  • Experience across multiple entities or brands
