As Head of Operations, you will own how Moida works across every store, every team and every customer interaction. You are the person who turns our ambition into a reliable, scalable, high-performing reality. If you are a commercially sharp operator who loves beauty retail and wants to build something genuinely special, this is your role.

✨ What you'll be doing

Owning the end-to-end operational performance of all Moida retail locations
Setting, embedding and continuously raising standards across store operations, compliance and customer experience
Leading, coaching and developing our General Manager team to deliver consistent, exceptional results
Driving commercial performance, including sales, conversion, margin and cost control across the estate
Owning inventory, stock management and supply chain across all locations
Leading the operational setup and launch of new stores as we expand
Ensuring full compliance with health, safety and retail regulations across the business
Partnering with the Founders and Head of People to shape the direction of the business
Using trading data to identify trends, lead improvement plans and keep us ahead of targets

💄 What we're looking for

Proven senior operations experience in UK beauty retail, cosmetics or skincare background is essential
A genuine understanding of the UK beauty market and what makes a great retail experience
Track record leading multi-site retail operations and managing General Managers or equivalent
Commercially strong with real P&L ownership experience
A natural coach who builds accountability and capability in the people around them
Highly organised and calm under pressure, you thrive when things move fast
Genuine passion for K-beauty and Korean culture, this really does matter here
