🌶️ What you'll be doing

- Leading the team on shift, keeping service fast, accurate and on brand

- Driving speed, consistency and food quality throughout every service

- Training and coaching team members on Bunsik recipes, service standards and brand values

- Upholding food hygiene, allergen and H&S standards on every shift

- Supporting with stock management, rotation and waste reduction

- Opening and closing the site including cash handling and end-of-shift procedures

- Handling guest queries and complaints quickly and professionally

- Supporting the Store Manager with daily briefings and operational tasks

- Stepping up to manage the site when needed

✅ What we're looking for

- Experience in a supervisory or senior role in hospitality or food service

- Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene and allergen management, Level 2 Food Hygiene minimum

- A confident communicator who naturally leads from the front

- Calm under pressure, you solve problems rather than panic

- Comfortable with till systems, cash handling and basic admin

- Passionate about food, Korean cuisine knowledge is a bonus

- Flexible for evenings, weekends and peak periods

- Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
