We are now hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to take full ownership of marketing - with a clear priority: building Bunsik into a franchise-ready, scalable brand.
This is not just about campaigns. This is about building a brand system that works at scale.

This role is about building the function properly - with structure, clarity and accountability.
If you want to define how a brand scales through franchise, build a function from the ground up and grow into a Head of Marketing position - this is it.
THE ROLE
You will be the most senior marketer in the business. No layers above you. No dilution.
You will own Bunsik end to end - but more importantly, you will shape how it scales through franchise. That means building more than marketing activity. It means building a repeatable, consistent and commercially effective brand model that franchise partners can execute without losing what makes Bunsik distinct.
Alongside that, you will support marketing across the wider group - driving campaigns, activations and brand moments across Bullgogi, Maguro, Moida, Pochawa Grill and Gogi.
Bunsik is the priority. Franchise is the focus.
BUNSIK
This role plays a critical part in franchise growth. You are responsible for translating the Bunsik brand into a format that can scale across locations, operators and markets without losing quality or identity.
- Build a franchise-ready marketing model that balances brand consistency with local flexibility
- Create structured campaign calendars that franchise partners can execute easily
- Develop toolkits, templates and brand guidelines that remove ambiguity and drive consistency
- Ensure new franchise sites launch with impact - from pre-opening through to sustained local marketing
- Define how national campaigns translate into local execution
- Work closely with leadership to align marketing with franchise growth strategy
- Protect the brand as it scales - clarity, consistency and quality at every touchpoint

THE DAY TO DAY
- Own the Bunsik brand - strategy, tone of voice, campaigns, content and positioning
- Lead social media across Instagram, TikTok and Google with a clear focus on performance
- Run paid social and performance marketing to drive footfall and awareness
- Manage all external agencies across creative, digital, PR and production
- Lead new site launches with campaigns that generate real demand
- Drive group-wide campaigns and brand activations across the wider portfolio
- Build the foundations of CRM and loyalty to increase repeat visits
- Work closely with Operations, People and commercial leadership to ensure delivery on site
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Senior marketing experience in QSR, fast casual or hospitality - essential
- Strong understanding of multi-site or franchise environments
- Proven ability to build brand systems, not just campaigns
- A track record in social and digital performance
- Experience managing agencies at a senior level
- Confidence to build structure and make decisions without a playbook
- Strong commercial instinct and focus on results
- Pace, ownership and clarity in how you operate
