Our servers are the heart of the guest experience. You guide people through the menu, bring warmth to every table and make sure every visit is one they remember and come back for.
What you'll be doing
• Welcoming, seating and guiding guests through the full dining experience
• Taking and processing food and drink orders with full accuracy and genuine knowledge
• Delivering dishes with attentiveness and complete allergen awareness
• Handling guest queries, requests and any issues with warmth and professionalism
• Processing payments and handling till operations correctly
• Keeping your section clean, well-presented and welcoming throughout every service
What we're looking for
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is great, personality matters most
• Warm, engaging and genuinely confident when connecting with guests
• A real interest in food, culture and delivering a brilliant experience
• Able to stay focused and positive in a busy, full-service environment
• Flexible for evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
