🌶️ What you'll be doing

• Leading, developing and motivating your full FOH and BOH team across every shift

• Owning the site P&L, sales, labour, food cost and all operational KPIs

• Driving Bunsik brand standards across food quality, speed of service and guest experience

• Building a high-energy team culture through coaching and on-the-floor leadership

• Managing all recruitment, onboarding, training and performance processes

• Overseeing stock management, ordering and supplier relationships

• Ensuring full Food Safety and H&S compliance at all times

✅ What we're looking for

• Management experience from a QSR, fast-casual or food service background

• Commercially confident, you know your numbers and you own them

• A natural leader who brings energy, clarity and genuine care to the team

• Level 2 Food Hygiene minimum, Level 3 preferred

• Flexible including evenings, weekends and bank holidays

• Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
