As Store Manager, you lead a passionate team, create a space where every customer feels truly welcome and drive the commercial performance that keeps Moida growing. ✨ What you'll be doing
• Leading and developing the full Moida team, warm, expert and welcoming every day
• Owning and managing the store P&L including sales targets, margin and cost control
• Driving a culture of genuine product knowledge, expert recommendations and brilliant service
• Managing all stock, visual merchandising and K-beauty product ranging
• Overseeing all recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management
• Ensuring compliance with all retail and H&S regulations
• Analysing trading data and leading improvement plans to hit and exceed targets
💄 What we're looking for
• Store Manager or Deputy Manager experience in beauty, K-beauty or lifestyle retail
• Commercially driven with strong P&L management capability
• A natural people developer who builds motivated, knowledgeable teams
• Genuine passion for K-beauty and Korean culture, this matters here
• Strong visual merchandising instincts
• Flexible for weekends, bank holidays and varied shifts
• Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
